Relaxation comes primarily through the use of warm or hot water, either through socking or with moving water.all medical traditions throughout history have used it in some form or another.The healing qualities of water are universally recognised and hot baths and showers are forms of hydrotherapy appreciated by millions every day.another form that is somewhat more aggressive involves alternating temperature extremes of hot and cold water for purpose of stimulation.
Simple tips for reducing pain ,for relaxing muscles, and removing negative energy effect also and the remedie is just add himalayan salt in bath water and take bath .
