Being Conscious

 


Being conscious is all about living in the present. It means staying in touch with the things going  on with us emotionally, physically or mentally. This will help you grow spiritually as our conscious mind is only focusing on the present rather than regretting about the past and stressing about the future.

The awareness you develop daily in your meditation will help you to recognize the earthly beauty of nature, will make you thing every aspect in positive way. It can naturally expand to encompass your day, so that you start to see and sense the beauty around you.
