If people disrupt a place where an Earthbound If people disrupt a place where an Earthbound Spirit lived or spent a lot of time in when they were on Earth, this can easily spark a disruption in them as they are attached to places where they felt safe and comfortable when they were here. We  never know how an Earthbound Spirit might react as a result of this kind of disruption and they may choose behavior that causes us to believe a place is haunted.
